Official Notice of Election 2026

As provided by Article V, Section 3 C of the Club’s By-Laws, notice is hereby given regarding the Nomination and Election of members of the Board of Directors.  Completed Nomination forms must be presented to the President by 5:00 PM, Friday, August 28, 2026. If the number of nominees exceeds the number of open positions, an election will be conducted via the internet and will end on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM. If the number of nominees equals or is less than the number of open positions, no election will be held, but a motion will be in order at the General Membership Meeting to be held on Sunday, September 6, at 5:00 PM to direct the Secretary to cast a unanimous ballot in favor of the nominees.
